Sofyan Amrabat 'wants to stay in Premier League' and Man United yet to decide on £25m transfer option

Sofyan Amrabat wants to stay in the Premier League, according to Fiorentina sporting director Daniele Prade.

The midfielder came to manchester united last September on loan for a season from the Italian team.

His season did not go exactly to plan, starting only 15 of his 30 appearances for the club, as he failed to secure a starting spot in Erik ten Hagfrom the side.

Amrabat spoke about his future with Man United after the FA Cup final victory over rivals Man City, suggesting staying in Manchester is a possible outcome.

Speaking to Dutch outlet Ziggo Sport, Amrabat said: “Do I know what I'm going to do next year? No. Let's talk. Staying is definitely an option.”

“Look, I think it has been a very difficult season. For Manchester United it needs to be much better, and also for me personally.”
