Tottenham are not making life easy for former midfielder Jamie O'Hara.
Ange Postecoglou's men lost for the third time in four games in Saturday's 2-1 defeat against Newcastle.
With the result, Spurs remain in 12th place in the table, 12 points away from a place in the top four.
The north London club have lost half of their 20 league games this season, having recorded 12 defeats in all of last season.
The Spurs' troubles are causing workplace trauma for O'Hara, who endured a three-minute prank at the hands of Sports Bar co-host and Chelsea fan Jason Cundy.
Cundy not only kicked off Monday night's show with his signature 'Haaas Everyone Seen Tottenham' segment, but expanded on it with some expert creative work from talkSPORT's talented editing team.
A hilarious montage played that included dire music plus repeated audio of Postecoglou saying, “That's who we are, man.”
O'Hara, who was left almost speechless by Cundy's brazen antics, was also miffed by the inclusion of his earlier optimism about Spurs' season.
Cundy dug into the archives to pull out some quotes from O'Hara saying, “We'll get there, it's a process. I support Ange, we are playing good things.”
The Chelsea fan then pulled out a recording of himself singing: “Tottenham get hit everywhere they go.”
An embarrassed O'Hara could do nothing but receive a blow to the chin as he told his broadcast partner: “Come on mate, it's my first show after the New Year and I'm already getting hit.”
Cundy responded: “It takes two minutes to do that (audio clip). Simply place the new comment on top of the old comment and post it again.”
And things could get worse for O'Hara with a trip to Tamworth in the FA Cup on Sunday.
Defeat to the National League side would be unthinkable for Tottenham as they look to end a 16-year trophy drought.
Silverware appears to be the only way to salvage Tottenham's rocky season, while the FA Cup also presents a direct route to next season's Europa League.
Despite the pessimism that surrounds the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Postecoglou's men are two games away from playing in the Carabao Cup final.
Spurs face headlines Liverpool in Wednesday's semi-final first leg hoping to take the lead at Anfield ahead of the second leg next month.
While Tottenham have arguably had the toughest road to the Wembley grand final with Arne Slot's side, Postecoglou has promised to win a trophy this season in line with his previous managerial exploits.
Speaking to Sky Sports after the North London derby defeat to Arsenal in September, a defiant Postecoglou doubled down on an earlier claim that he typically wins trophies in his second season.
He said: “Not at all and I think I'll correct myself and say I don't usually win things, I always win things in my second year.
“I don't say things unless I believe them. Nothing has changed.”
