Atletico Madrid defender Call Galan indicated that he wants to stay at Real Sociedad next season.
The versatile left back opted to join La Real on loan in January after a frustrating first six months in Madrid.
Galan was designed as an ideal player for Diego Simeonebecause of his powerful and combative style, after joining Los Rojiblancos from Celtic Vigo last summer.
However, the 29-year-old has struggled to force his way into Simeone's plans, and is doing well in San Sebastian.
Galan has admitted that he is open to staying in the Basque Country on a permanent deal if an agreement can be reached between the two clubs.

If a deal can be negotiated to keep Galan at Real Sociedade it could also boost Atletico Madrid hope to sign Robin Le Normand.
Simeone wants a new center back before next season, with Le Normand an option, and letting Galan go as part of the deal will significantly reduce Real Sociedade's price tag.
