Anyone visiting Barcelona is advised to be aware of their belongings while out in public, whether a tourist or a manager at a major football club. Reports in Catalunya say that a member of the Bayern Munich expedition to Barcelona was robbed on Tuesday night.
Ace for The Case.cata director was arrested by the young man in the neighborhood of Sant Marti, towards the beach and the Olympic village on Tuesday evening. After being distracted by the man, the director then had an expensive brand watch, his wallet and his iPhone 15 taken from him. The thief fled on foot without being caught, and a police report was later filed.

A specialized police unit (Titans) is working to determine if the theft was linked to a known group of vigilante thieves in the city. Until now, the culprit has yet to be identified, and the police do not have much hope of recovering their possessions.
Barcelona face Bayern Munich Wednesday evening at 21:00 CEST at the Estadi Olimpic Lluis Companys in Montjuic in the Champions League, with both sides looking for their second win. Last season there were complaints of motorbikes being stolen around the stadium as people parked to go up 'the magic mountain', although the problem seems to have been resolved.
