Diego Simeone he believes that the new UEFA Champions League format will force teams to try to win more games.

The change has caused controversy by adding more games to an already packed schedule for players and coaches, but Simeone has indicated he will take a more positive tactical approach in the coming weeks.
“This format forces us to win. Before, several draws would have been enough, but now we have to win,” according to reports from AS Diary.
“We need to go out and win. If we can't, we need to get something, but those who will win more will be in the top eight.”
The next for Atletico Madrid is a return to The League action on September 22 as Griezmann and Co. makes a short trip through the capital to take Rayo Vallecano.
