Real Valladolidthe majority shareholder Ronaldo Nazario agreed the terms of an agreement to sell the club to local construction company Inexo, although it has not been signed. In 2018, Ronaldo took a controlling stake for the price of 30 million euros, and has overseen two promotions and two relegations, with the side currently in Segunda, but has a close relationship with the fans at the Nuevo Jose Zorrilla .
Ace for Chain SER, Ronaldo signed a statement of intent to sell the club to Inexo at the end of March, which also listed the terms of the sale. The deal would initially cost 28.7 million euros for 49% of the club, while they had the obligation to buy the remaining 16.7% of the club from Ronaldo in the period between 2028 and 2030 for 10 million euros if the club is in Primera, and 5 million euros if it is in Segunda. The minimum fee is 33.7 million euros.
