Tottenham are looking for a double coup to sign Pedro Neto and Eberechi Eze

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly planning to make a double attempt to sign Wolverhampton Wanderers star Pedro Neto and Crystal Palace ace Eberechi Eze this summer, according to the transfer expert Fabricius Romano.

The Lilywhites have signed Archie Gray from Leeds United to bolster their engine room, but Ange Postecoglou is expected to make a few more new additions before the end of this window.

Talking about The post report, Roman has reported that Spurs are focusing on strengthening their forward line with Neto and Eze the two players they like the most. The north London club could therefore make a concrete approach to sign the duo in the coming days.

However, the journalist claims that buying either of them would be difficult, as Wolves want a lot of money for Neto, while Crystal Palace will not let their star leave on the cheap either.

Romano said:

“I think attack is where they are focused. Pedro Neto at Wolverhampton is a player they like a lot and he is an expensive signing. Neto and Eze at Crystal Palace are the two players they like the most, but it is not easy to negotiate with these two clubs. They are two difficult signings, but Tottenham will do something, they are exploring options and will be active in the coming weeks.”

Eze and Neto leave for Tottenham

Wolves are reported to want a fee of around £50 million For Neto, while Eze has a £60m buyout clause in his deal. Tottenham will therefore have to shell out a total sum of £110m to sign the Premier league duo this summer.

Neto and Eze are highly talented players who have already proven their qualities in the English top flight in recent years, so they would be great signings for Spurs if they were to sign them.

However, the Portuguese has had injury problems in recent years, so Tottenham should be very careful about that before making any potential signing for him.

However, it will be interesting to see if Postecoglou's side ultimately decide to formalise their interest in signing Neto and Eze in this transfer window.
