Bergvall, who turns 18 today, has been the talk of European football in recent weeks after attracting the attention of some of the biggest football clubs.

Barcelona had been heavily linked with a move for the player and Djurgarden's sporting director revealed in December that the Spanish giants were in talks over a move for the player.

However, a late move by Spurs saw them hijack the deal and convince the star to move to the Premier League.

Bergvall was just 16 when he made his senior debut for IF Brommapojkarna in the second division of Swedish football, making 11 appearances and helping them secure promotion to Allsvenskan, the Swedish top flight, in 2022.

Despite interest from Europe, the midfielder opted to stay in Stockholm and joined Djurgarden, where he made 29 appearances for the club last season, scoring three goals in the process.

Bergvall is also a senior international for Sweden, having made her senior debut against Estonia in January after representing them across all age groups.
