Tottenham remain interested in signing Chelsea star Gallagher
Tottenham Hotspur reportedly still interested in signing Chelsea star Conor Gallagher, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
The Lilywhites have been linked with a move for the Englishman in the last two transfer windows, however a move has not materialized as the Blues have yet to opt to cash in on him.

It has also been reported that the west London club could be keen to cash in on Gallagher as he is set to enter the final year of his current contract.
Now, speaking of GiveMeSport, Roman has reported that the 24-year-old is “super liked” by Spurs and Ange Postecoglou “loves” the player so he remains on the north London club's shortlist.
Gallagher to Tottenham
The journalist further claims that Tottenham are willing to make a move for Gallagher if Chelsea finally sell their star before next season. Therefore, Spurs could finally manage to sign their long-term target in the off-season.
Romano said:
“Conor Gallagher is still on Tottenham's shortlist. He is a highly regarded player at Spurs. He has been on Ange Postecoglou's list since day one and has always been a player he loves. So, I think Tottenham will be there if Chelsea decide to sell the player in the summer transfer window. But surely Gallagher is still a player appreciated by Tottenham and they are waiting for Chelsea's final decision on the matter.”
It has been suggested that Chelsea want a fee of around £40 million sell Gallagher, so the Lilywhites will have to spend a considerable amount of money to attract the 24-year-old to the newly renovated White Hart Lane this summer.
Gallagher is a highly talented player and has already shown his qualities in the Premier League in recent times, so it would be a huge coup for Tottenham if they were to buy him.
However, it will be interesting to see if the north London club finally manages to acquire his service to strengthen their engine room in the next window.
