Tottenham have warned fans of disruption ahead of their clash against Nottingham Forest this afternoon.
Spurs have issued a statement revealing that there is an ongoing police investigation near the stadium.
The club has confirmed that, as things stand, the first division match Will continue.
Their statement read: “Following an incident in which an individual lost their life, we are doing everything we can to accommodate the ongoing police investigation, which is of utmost importance.
“As things stand, this afternoon's Premier League match against Nottingham Forest will continue as scheduled, however the north end of Worcester Avenue and the entire Northumberland Park Road will remain closed at all times.
“We will update fans when we can, and ask that they be patient and allow additional time for travel.”

The match at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is scheduled to kick off at 6:00 pm this afternoon.
It was originally scheduled for Monday night at 8 p.m.
However, due to train strikes, the decision was made to move the match to Sunday night, despite late notice.
Detective Chief Inspector Stephen Johnston-Keay, policing in Haringey, said: “Our thoughts are with the man who tragically lost his life.
“I can assure local people that specialist detectives are investigating and will spare no effort to determine what happened to him and identify and arrest those responsible.
“I would like to thank local people for their patience and understanding while we carry out this crucial work.
“If you have information that can help us, no matter how insignificant it may seem, please tell us. You will see officers on the cordons and patrolling and they will be ready to listen to you.”
