How to buy
- 2024/25 season tickets will be available to purchase from 2pm on Wednesday, July 31 either online via tickets.avfc.co.uk or over the phone on 0333 323 1874.
- All supporters will require a Digital Account and Fan ID to purchase a 2024/25 season ticket. You can set yours up now by clicking HERE.
- For the first time ever, Aston Villa Women supporters will be able to purchase a season ticket using the interest-free payment option over eight months, subject to acceptance. You will have the option to select your payment method when purchasing your season ticket.
- Unfortunately, the club are unable to renew in person via the ticket office or accept payments by cheque or cash.
Additional information
- All 2024/25 season ticket holders will receive a digital season card to download to your Google or Apple Wallet ahead of the season. This will give you access to your chosen Villa Park seat for Barclays Women’s Super League fixtures only.
- Every Barclays Women’s Super League fixture, plus group stage fixtures in The FA Women’s Continental Tyres League Cup are included in your season ticket.
- For Poundland Bescot Stadium fixtures included in your season ticket package, supporters will automatically receive an e-ticket 2-3 days prior to the fixture, with seat information being advised ahead of the season.
- Both the Trinity Road Stand and the Holte End are available for supporters to purchase their season ticket.

- Buying a season ticket will save you over 35% based on match ticket prices for all individual purchases and just under 30% on the Adult/U14 package.

How can I renew/purchase a season ticket?
The quickest and easiest way to renew or purchase a season ticket would be via our Online Box Office. Alternatively, you can also buy over the telephone on 0333 323 1874.
Where can I purchase season tickets?
Aston Villa Women season tickets will be available to purchase in Trinity Road Stand blocks C3 to C9 and B4 to B7, and the Holte End block L4.
What fixtures are included in the season ticket?
All home Barclays Women’s Super League fixtures plus any home Women’s League Cup group-stage fixtures.
What fixtures are not included in the season ticket?
Any home fixtures in the Adobe Women’s FA Cup and the knockout fixtures of the Women’s League Cup. These fixtures will require season ticket holders to purchase match tickets to gain entry.
What time do the ticket phone lines open?
Our phone lines are open from 9:30am-1pm and 2pm-5pm Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
I’m logged into the website and trying to renew my season ticket online, but my seat isn’t showing up on my account?
Your Fan ID needs to be linked to your digital account before you can renew online. Instructions on how to do this can be found HERE.
How can I update my address so that any postal communications can be delivered to the correct place?
By contacting the Ticket Office on 0333 323 1874, or by logging into your online account to update your personal details.
I want to renew/purchase my relative or friend’s season ticket in addition to my own. What information is required to do this?
The person’s name, Fan ID, date of birth, address and contact details if purchasing directly with the Ticket Office.
If you are purchasing online, you will need to ensure the supporters you are purchasing for are in your relationship group. You can simply add supporters into your relationship group by navigating to the personal details page, then select ‘manage my relationships’ within the ‘My Family & Friends’ section.
Here you will see a list of existing supporters in your relationship group and you have the option at the top to ‘create a new relationship’. If the supporter has an existing Fan ID then you will be prompted to enter this along with either their surname or postcode for verification purposes or if the supporter does not have an existing Fan ID then you are able to set them up with an account by selecting ‘No’ when asked if they are an existing supporter.
In order to be able to renew a season ticket for another supporter you will need to ensure they are ticked in your ‘Family Unit’.
If I wish to bring family or friends to a match, can I move my season ticket so we can sit together at the game?
Yes, you will need to call the Ticket Office and we will issue you an alternative ticket for the relevant game (your digital season card will not be active for any games replacement tickets are provided for).
Please note, we require prior permission from all season ticket holders who wish to be relocated for a match (for juniors, we require the purchaser’s or parents’ permission).
Please ensure the Ticket Office have permission from each supporter before contacting us to process any relocations.
Can I move my season ticket seat to another area of the stadium before the start of the season?
Yes. Supporters can relocate at any point into seats that are not currently occupied by a current season ticket holder. Please note, not all areas of both Villa Park and Poundland Bescot Stadium will be available to relocate to.
What are the requirements for disabled supporters wishing to purchase accessible seating or a personal assistant?
- Receipt of Enhanced rate of the Personal Independence Payment (mobility or care)
- Receipt of the Higher rate of the Disability Living Allowance (mobility or care)
- Receipt of either the Severe Disablement Allowance, the Employment and Support Allowance or the Attendance Allowance
- War Pensioners’ Mobility Allowance or War or Service – Disablement pension for 80% or more disability.
- Visually Impaired or Blind registration with Royal Instituted of Blind (RNIB) or Blind or partially sighted registration certificate (BD8 or CVI certificate)
- Deaf registration (RAD) or Confirmation in writing from Social Services that the individual is included on their Deaf Register; or a letter or report from an aural specialist confirming that hearing loss has been recorded at 70-95 dBHL or worse.
Supporters are responsible for your accounts and should check your status and update the club prior to the renewal period. This can be done by contacting accessibility@avfc.co.uk or via our Ticket Office on 0333 323 1874.
Please note you will need to purchase at full price until supporting evidence has been received. If you are waiting for this from your local authority or it is due in the next month, please send once you receive the new documentation and the amendment can be made before the first match of the season.
How do I submit supporting evidence for a disabled season ticket?
To submit supporting evidence, you can email this by taking a clear photograph and attaching it to the email. Please use the email address accessibility@avfc.co.uk. The information you provide will be verified and not retained. Alternatively, you can update us via the Access Requirement Form on the website.
The documentation must have the following details on:
- Name of the supporter
- Address of the supporter
- Expiry date of the DLA/PIP or if it is ongoing
- If you send the yearly update for PIP this will expire in 12 months’ time.
If you no longer receive PIP or DLA at the required rate, we can upgrade the season tickets for you to the relevant price type. Please let us know and this can easily be amended.
Your season ticket will not be available for online renewal until the documentation is up to date, you will need to liaise with any member of the ticket office team.
Can I spread the cost of my season ticket across the season?
Yes, for the first time ever, Aston Villa Women supporters will be able to spread the cost over 8 months using V12 Finance. The easiest way to apply for our finance option is to visit the Online Box Office, select ‘Finance’ as your method of payment and follow the simple instructions.
Where will opposition fans be located?
Opposition fans will be provided with an allocation in Trinity Road Stand only, with blocks C1-C2 and B1-B3 used initially. Should the opposition require a larger allocation, we will open blocks A1-A3 for them. No official away allocation will be provided within the Holte End.

Is there a cooling off period if I change my mind once e-signing my contract?
Yes – the cooling off period is 14 days. Season tickets are non-refundable after the 14-day cooling off period.
What email address comes through with the contract to e-sign – what should I look out for?

Can I call and overpay or pay off the balance at any time?
You can make additional payments or settle your account at any time using the V12 Online Account Management facility or by calling the Customer Service team on 029 2046 8900.
How old do I have to be to apply for finance with V12?
18-years-old.
Is there an upper limit to age when applying for fiancé with V12?
No.
Will I be credit checked?
Yes, through external credit reference agencies.
When will I know if I have been accepted for finance?
You should get a decision within a few minutes. Once approved, you will be able to sign your contract using V12’s online eSign facility.
What happens if my application is turned down?
If your application is not accepted, V12 will send out confirmation straightaway. You’ll need to contact the club to purchase your season ticket in full. If you have any questions about your application or why it was declined, details will be provided in your V12 communication.
Can I change the payment date?
Your first payment will be approximately one month from the date you e-sign your application, and V12 will confirm this date via email. If you want to change your instalment payment date, for example to the first of each month, V12 can change this free of charge.
What happens if I miss a payment?
It is important to keep your payments up to date. If for any reason you experience difficulty in making your repayments, you must contact V12 immediately.
What name appears on my bank statement from V12 for payments taken?
V12 Finance.
Can I complete a paper contract, if I do not have access to an email address?
No, unfortunately V12 do not facilitate paper applications.
How long do I have to complete the application?
You have 7 days to open the agreement and complete, once you have received a decision. You have a further 7 days to e sign and return. Failure to do this will result in your application being cancelled down.
