WATCH: Manchester City Ballon d'Or winner Rodri Hernandez celebrates loss of Vinicius Junior – 'Ciao Vini'
A lot has been written, said and in Spain even shouted about the Ballon d'Or over the last few days, after Rodri Hernandez shocked the world to take the award first Vinicius Juniora move that went down terribly in the Spanish capital. Real Madrid decided that none of their representatives or nominees would attend, due to what they felt was a lack of respect, and they would not like the celebrations either.

During the video, Rodri can be seen singing to the tune of Bella Ciao, the famous Italian left-wing tune, but changing the words to “Ciao Vini” – 'Hello Come'.

Maybe it wasn't the smartest move on his part. Rodri has admitted that at some point he would like to return to Spanish football, and Real Madrid have been interested in the potential Manchester City signing, depending on how their contract talks go. However, if everything in the Madrid press is to be read as true, then Vinicius could be on his way to first.
