Real Madrid are about to regain their seven-point lead at the top of La Liga. Victories from Girona and Barcelona on Saturday had closed the gap, but the Blancos are set to take a win of their own after going 2-0 against Celta Vigo at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Vinicius Junior opened the scoring in the first half from a corner, and much to the fury of Celta, it is another set piece goal that Real Madrid scored. Antonio Rudiger headed towards the goal, hit the crossbar and went into the net by goalkeeper Vicente Guaita.

That should be enough for Real Madrid to secure a much-needed win, one that will see them move back seven points clear at the top of the League table. It wasn't a vintage performance from Carlo Ancelotti, but he certainly doesn't mind one bit.
