When does the summer transfer window close?
The Premier League summer transfer window is shorter this year and business ends on Friday, August 30th at 11pm.
The English winter transfer window will open on New Year's Day and run until Monday 3 February 2025, closing at 11pm.
The top flight normally closes its summer transfer window on September 1 but has brought forward the deadline to be in line with other major leagues.
The EFL and Scottish Premiership windows will also close at 11pm tonight, but times across Europe vary slightly.
The German Bundesliga transfer window closes at 7pm and in France's Ligue 1 the deadline is 10pm.
Clubs can conduct business in La Liga until 10:59 p.m., while the Serie A deadline is also 11:00 p.m. in Italy.
However, countries such as Saudi Arabia and Türkiye often extend their trading period.
Saudi clubs can sign players until September 2, while the Turkish Super Lig window is open until September 13.
