He has received three yellow cards this season, which is the limit for coaches.
Managers and coaches receive a penalty after three yellow cards, while players are allowed five before action is taken.
Iraola received a yellow card against Newcastle in August before receiving another booking in the Carabao Cup away at West Ham.
The third came in controversial circumstances against Liverpool last weekend.
The Cherries manager was cautioned by the referee for allegedly asking for a yellow card from an opposing player.
However, since the incident, Iraola has explained that his actions were misinterpreted but that he was not allowed to reverse the decision.
In his pre-match press conference, Iraola said: “For me it is disappointing but we cannot change it.
“They have explained to me that with yellow cards we receive the same consideration as the players.
“We cannot appeal a yellow card, which is something that does not happen in Spain, in Spain it can be done but not here.
“But then, in the case of red cards, we have a different treatment for the players. I didn't know. Until it happens, you don't really know.
“The rules here are specific to the Premier League.
“I think it was clear what happened, I called for offside and the VAR but they think I asked for a yellow card and it wasn't even a foul for Liverpool.
“They probably understand why (I'm not happy) but they can't accept any appeal for yellow cards that they told me, so I'll be up, yeah.”
This means Iraola will be absent from the touchline when his team hosts rivals Southampton.
