Will Saudi Arabia prize Antonio Rüdiger away from Real Madrid with a mega salary?

According to Sky Germany, Antonio Rüdiger has received several lucrative offers from Saudi Arabia this summer.

It is understood that the German international is heavily sought after by Saudi Arabia, with a number of clubs looking to secure his signature.

As well as this, in an effort to lure him away from the European Champions, clubs such as Al-Nassr and Al-Hilal are willing to make Rüdiger the most expensive centre-back in world football.

However, the Berlin native is not looking to leave the Spanish capital this summer. Rüdiger is under contract with Los Blancos until 2026 and still sees his future at the club.

Real are also adamant that they will not allow Rüdiger to leave, with head coach Carlo Ancelotti insisting that the German defender will continue to play an important role under his stewardship.

On top of this, the departure of Nacho to Saudi side Al-Qadsiah, as well as the continued injury troubles plaguing former Bayern Munich defender David Alaba, has left the Spanish champions with a lack of depth at centre-back.

Nevertheless, Rüdiger could look to move on from Real next summer, when there will only be one year remaining on his deal, and Saudi Arabia could remain a lucrative destination for the 31-year-old.
