Speaking about his time at Wolves, Kilman said: “I have always had a determined and tough mentality and it has always been within me. I have had to fight for every opportunity because they have never given me anything.

“But I knew I needed to work, because anything could have happened, so I had to believe that if I did my best, at least I had given it my all and I wouldn't regret it if I progressed.” at Wolves or if I didn't.
“That's the mentality I had. Just to fight, and every time I was called up to train with the first team I approached it like a game. He was not relaxed, he was hungry and I wanted to show my skill.
“Obviously, I was learning from the coach at the time and the amazing players we had at the time when I was coming up and they were crucial to my development. I really took it all in, tried to embrace the challenge and just wanted to learn.”
