Key events
40 minutes: It has all worked out pretty well for Wolves after foolishly thinking they could get hammered. They are now looking to slow down and consolidate as Newcastle reflect on their problems in the final third of the pitch.
Schar is on the ground after Strand Larsen pushed him in the face. He appears to be okay to continue.
38 minutes: Joelinton was shown a yellow card for fouling Joao Gomes. He is clearly frustrated.
GOAL! Wolves counter impressively down the right. Strand Larsen shakes off Burn and sends a low cross to the six-yard line. Everyone expects João Gomes to shoot, but he denies it and Lemina is waiting to finish with a shot at the far post.
GOAL! Wolves 1-0 Newcastle (Lemina 36)
The Wolves captain finishes from close range.
34 minutes: Isak and Gordon go two-on-two against the Wolves defence, but the Swede can't find his winger and the ball is pinballed until Ait-Nouri clears.
32 minutes: Cunha whips a cross straight to Burn to earn a corner for Wolves. The ball comes to Ait-Nouri at the far post, who controls it and then wins another corner at the other end, which comes to nothing.
30 minutes: Wolves produce a decent counter-attack which ends with centre-back Mosquera providing width on the overlap, but his cross goes wide.
28 minutes: Bellegarde is the last Wolves player to enter the Newcastle box, beating Burn and Hall, but his shot goes just over the bar. Some promising signs for Wolves are failing to deliver in the first quarter of the match.
Gordon, who likes to make the most of things, writhes on the ground after a challenge from Lemina. He gets up and is absolutely fine.
26 minutes: An early glimpse of danger for Newcastle as Semedo gets to the byline and lays the ball off to Cunha, but his shot is immediately blocked by Guimaraes.
24 minutes: Gordon beats two Wolves defenders into the box and takes aim from a tight angle, but his shot grazes the outside of the post.
22 minutes: “I’m finishing off a fish finger sandwich from the Sunday shop that I paid for with the £48.50 I didn’t spend on a Molineux seat.” says Peter Higginson“When I first saw Steve Bull in 1990 I paid £6 and the football was fantastic. Now I can’t remember who’s in the team and I don’t really care where we finish as long as we don’t get relegated. Bring back Nuno!”
Another reminder of how desperate clubs are to put a price on fans.
20 minutes: Newcastle have had three-quarters of the possession so far. This is very one-sided.
Gordon falls on the edge of the area as he tries to reach a ball over the goal. He calls for a foul after the slightest contact with Semedo, but he gets nothing.
18 minutes: Cunha bursts through the Newcastle defence and wins a throw-in that excites the Wolves fans. The Brazilian calls on the fans to make more noise. It feels like an afternoon when the Molineux crowd needs to inspire the team and not the other way around.
16 minutes: Hall and Gordon are active on the left, while Isak is constantly looking to find a little space to cause some damage.
Lemina wins the ball on the edge of the area and sparks a counterattack, but passes it to Strand Larsen, who loses possession.
14 minutes: Livramento sneaks in behind Bellegarde and Chris Kavanagh rightly blows the whistle for a free-kick.
12 minutes: Wolves finally mount an attack, culminating in Semedo cutting in from the right and firing in with his left foot, but Pope comes out of the long wall to stop it.
A poor touch from Pope after a pass from Hall almost allowed Cunha to steal it, but the goalkeeper barely managed to clear the ball away.
10 minutes: It all depends on Newcastle, Wolves have not even started yet. They seem happy to let the visitors have the ball and hope for the best at this stage.
8 minutes: Isak receives a pass on the halfway line, turns and plays a pass through the Wolves defence to Murphy, who shoots first-time but Johnstone manages to divert it away.
6 minutes: Cunha does his best to get Wolves back to the halfway line, but Joelinton is right next to him and steals the ball from him.
Isak turns to shoot inside the Wolves box, but Dawson dives in front of him.
4 minutes: Gordon crosses to the far post but there is a Newcastle player ready to attack, allowing Ait-Nouri to head home.
The Wolves have not yet managed to get out of their own field.
2 minutes: Newcastle are handling the ball well in the opening minutes, with Wolves' only involvement coming from Sam Johnstone sending a long pass aimlessly and Cunha fouling Livramento.

Here come the teams…
Eddie Howe: “I think the team has a lot to contribute, but I think we are in a good moment. There is a great team spirit, but we know it will be a difficult day away from home and we have to give our best.”
“It's a very nice bench and we have a strong but small squad.”
Newcastle fan Chris Paraskevas gets in touch: “After three games we have seven points and Eddie Howe is doing his best Ridley Scott Press Tour impression every time he sits down for an interview (without the expletives).
“I know I should be concerned about the present and the future, but I still haven’t forgiven the club for the 8-0 A-League All Stars fiasco. It’s my own personal fault. from London
“I won't be satisfied until we win by the same score again and I'll keep posting reminders on the club's Instagram account.
…us are due to a great victory in the Black Country.”
In case you were wondering, it's pouring rain in Wolverhampton. It should be a fun meeting: everyone likes to play football in the rain.
This is the tenth time these two teams have met at Molineux in the Premier League. Seven of those matches ended in a draw.
It all ended in North London, where Arsenal beat Tottenham 1-0 thanks to a header from Gabriel.
Andre is making his full debut for Wolves and, frankly, I couldn't tell you much about him, but the club seem to be doing well in the Brazilian market so it will be interesting to see how he performs against Newcastle's experienced midfield.
Fun and games in Newcastle.

Preamble
It really is a roller coaster of endless fun. Premier League Winless Wolves host Newcastle at Molineux. Another summer in which they have been forced to sell their best players has led to a shaky start for Gary O'Neil's men as their new signings look to fill the gaps left by Maximilian Kilman and Pedro Neto.
In Wolves' defence, they have faced Arsenal and Chelsea in the opening weeks of the campaign, although conceding six goals against the Blues at Molineux would not have helped morale much.
Newcastle appear to be in crisis due to their own transfer market problems but, according to the table, are unbeaten so far, having won two of their opening three games. They beat Tottenham last time out and a third win of the season would prove Eddie Howe is still doing a good job in the north-east.
Let's hope it's a success!
