WSL star Alisha Lehmann shows off her impressive skills as she enjoys down time in Rio de Janeiro with Aston Villa boyfriend Douglas Luiz… with the couple posing for loved-up snaps ahead of international duty

Aston Villa power couple Alisha Lehmann and Douglas Luis have been enjoying some time away in Luiz’s native Brazil.

The pair, who have dated since 2021, are both in the off-season following the conclusions of the Women’s Super League and Premier League seasons.

Lehmann, previously dubbed ‘the world’s sexiest footballer’, isn’t straying too far from football, however, and shared snaps showing off her skills in a green bikini on social media.

The 25-year-old posed poolside as she was seen performing kick-ups, before showing off her control as she balanced the ball on her neck before lowering to the ground to perform press-ups.

In other snaps, she was seen performing more ball juggling skills and posing next to Luiz, also enjoying a kick about with her lover on the beach.

Lehmann took to social media to show off her football skills next to the pool while on holiday

The 25-year-old was seen performing a number of tricks in a series of photos on her Instagram

In one photo, the couple posed in the mirror, arm in arm and smiling, gazing into each other’s eyes.

Lehmann captioned the photo: ‘Eu te amo,’ which translates to ‘I love you’.

She could be seen wearing a flowery dress in the picture, with Luiz opting for a loose shirt, holding the phone and taking the photo.

Another picture saw the couple look at the mirror face-on, with Lehmann taking the photo, and the forward shared another selfie of the couple sat enjoying a drink.

In an earlier post on her Instagram account captioned: ‘Somewhere in the world,’ Lehmann could be seen posing on a decking in a black shirt in front of plants, before smiling for another snap in the same outfit and location.

A third photo seemed to show Lehmann in bed, captioned: ‘Boa noite,’ which translates to ‘good night’. 

A video shared on X account @NewsAlmirantee showed the couple playing with a ball and another man on the beach, with the trio keeping the ball in the air without letting it bounce.

The 18-second clip ends with Luiz diving to try and keep the game going, but missing the ball, before Lehmann falls to her knees in laughter.

Lehmann also posed in a black shirt on a decking, with the pictures captioned: ‘Somewhere in the world’

She helped Villa to a seventh-place finish in the Women’s Super League, which ended last weekend

The pair have jetted away early on in the summer, with Luiz set to participate in the Copa America with Brazil next month.

The 26-year-old, who was born in Rio de Janeiro where the couple were holidaying, was named in Dorival Junior’s squad for the tournament earlier this month in what will be the manager’s first competition in charge.

He has been named alongside a number of other Premier League midfield stars, including West Ham’s Lucas Paqueta and Newcastle’s Bruno Guimaraes.

Lehmann, meanwhile, is set to jet back home to join up with Sweden’s national team for their European qualifiers against the Republic of Ireland, with two games set to take place on May 31 and June 1.

She wrapped up her domestic season just six days ago, starting Villa’s 2-1 defeat by Manchester City.

Villa finished seventh in the Women’s Super League table,  while Luiz had a little more success as his men’s side qualified for the Champions League under Unai Emery.

The couple could also be seen playing football on the beach, keeping the ball in the air with a third person involved

Lehmann has played 75 times in total for Villa since joining in 2021, meeting Luiz soon after before the couple began their relationship.

Luiz was linked with Arsenal last year, but stayed at Villa and has made a total of 204 appearances for the club since arriving in 2019.
