According to L’Équipe, Borussia Dortmund striker Youssoufa Moukoko has agreed to join OGC Nice.
It has previously been reported that Dortmund are hopeful of offloading Moukoko before the end of the transfer window.
However, despite interest from a number of European clubs, BvB have been unable to move the striker on.
Marseille and Real Betis have both agreed personal terms with the 19-year-old over the past month, but they have failed to reach an agreement with Dortmund regarding a transfer fee.
Nevertheless, as stated in the report, both Nice and Dortmund have agreed on a season-long loan with the option to buy Moukoko at the end of the season.
As well as this, the Ligue 1 side have also agreed personal terms with the striker.
It is believed that the French outfit have been able to match BvB’s €15 million demand for the striker, a fee that Nice would be expected to pay should they decide to take up the option to make the deal permanent next summer.
Regardless, it finally appears that Moukoko will be able to move on with his career, having failed to progress during his time at the Westfalenstadion.
