John McGinn and Ezri Konsa got minutes under their belts for Scotland and England respectively on Friday night in their final pre-tournament fixtures ahead of Euro 2024.

Aston Villa skipper McGinn started for Scotland and completed 90 minutes as they were held 2-2 by Finland having conceded a late leveller at Hampden Park.

The Tartan Army will now turn their attention towards next Friday’s European Championship opener against hosts Germany.

Konsa was introduced as a half-time substitute in England’s 1-0 defeat to Iceland at Wembley.

The Villa defender stepped off the bench at the break, with the Three Lions having fallen behind early on in their final warm-up match.
