Jack Grealish is not a shrinking violet in the Manchester City dressing room and is doing his best ahead of Euro 2024.

In a dressing room full of superstars preparing for this summer's European Championship, Grealish is bantering England. One of the favorites to win the competition.

Gareth Southgate could have one of the most exciting teams Euro 2024 but it will not be an easy task to claim glory in Germany, with Bernard SilvaPortugal, Kevin de BruyneBelgium and RodriSpain is likely to go far in the tournament.

And the shameless taunts are already flying all over the place City locker rooms, and Grealish admits he is one of the main instigators.

speaking to Alan Brazil and Gabriel Agbonlahor On talkSPORT Breakfast, the 28-year-old revealed: “You know what it's like in the dressing room, you turn around to some people and say, 'don't worry mate, you're going home in a few weeks' anyway.' '.”

After Brazil asked him who is the most lip-smacking in the locker room, Grealish confessed: “Probably Kyle (Walker) and me!

“Actually, you know what, Manuel Akanji? He likes to make it known a little! There are quite a few of us, but not Erling (Haaland), this summer!”

Akanji's Switzerland will face Scotland in the group stage of Euro 2024, as well as hosts Germany and Hungary, while Steve Clarke's team declined. HaalandNorway has a chance to make it to this year's competition.

But Grealish remains confident in the Three Lions, who he has hailed as one of the best teams after Southgate named a 33-man young team this week, omitting some important names.

Grealish added: “It's unbelievable, honestly. When you go to train there and the talent that's there it's just terrifying.”

“In the last few tournaments we have been very even and in everyone's mind we want to be successful in this tournament.

“Listen, I think it's doable. We've got a really good coach and a really good assistant in Gareth and Steve Holland and obviously the talent in the team speaks for itself.”

England will kick off their Euro 2024 campaign on June 16 when they take on Serbia before facing Denmark and Slovenia in the group stage.

Southgate has already made some big decisions, including the limitless duo Adam Wharton and Jarell Quansah in his team, leaving out the England regulars. Jordan Henderson and Mark Rashford.

manchester united Star Luke Shaw was also included despite being injured since February while Chelsea Captain Reece James has stayed home.

“This has been the toughest group I can remember picking,” Southgate said.

“There are a significant number of injuries; that will be evident by looking at the players who have missed the final games of the season and some who will return for the final games of the season.”
