Barcelona star Ilkay Gundogan is a transfer target for Turkish side Galatasaray this summer.

Gundogan is currently on international duty with Germany ahead of Euro 2024 after his first season in Catalonia.
The veteran midfielder has completed a free transfer move to Barcelona ahead of the 2023/24 campaign following the captaincy. Manchester City to a trophy treble.
The 33-year-old is under contract at Barcelona until 2025, and his intention is to reject any interest that comes his way, including from Galatasaray.
A future move to Turkey could be an option for Gundogan, but he is not rumored to be pushing for an exit, despite interest in him.
Galatasaray president Dursun Ozbek was asked about the club's interest in Gundogan, ahead of a Champions League campaign in 2024/25, and admitted that a deal remains a perfect option for him.
“We need to sign about three players to compete in the Champions League. Maybe it's time to try to complete the signing of my dream, Ilkay Gundogan,” he said.
Gundogan will not make a firm decision on his future at Barcelona until after Euro 2024 and is said to be keen to work under the new coach. Hansi Flick next season.
