Sevilla are still deliberating over their coach for next season as current manager Quique Sanchez Flores faces a potentially costly first-half spell. If Sanchez Flores reaches that step, then his deal will be extended for a year, and Sevilla would have to pay, while one of their best alternatives has also doubled the price.

As for Relevo (via ED), Leicester City manager Enzo Maresca he was one of Sporting Director Victor Orta's favorite targets. However, Leicester lifting the Championship title and securing promotion to the Premier League has increased his release clause from €5 million to €10 million, a fee that a financially strapped Sevilla cannot afford.

Simultaneously, the continuity of Sanchez Flores is gaining more traction in Nervion. Other targets include Real Madrid Castilla coach Raul Gonzalez, who wants to move abroad, and Getafe's Jose Bordalas, who will stay at the Coliseum, according to their president Angel Torres. Jagoba Arrasate d'Osasuna is out of contract this summer, and remains available.
